特點：

1、伺服控制器控制,液壓傳動控制,伺服電機一行星減速機一滾珠絲杠驅動系統,箱形框架構件

2、臥式磨頭以磨削水平平面為主(亦可磨削90°V形軌的斜面)。

3、立式磨頭(液壓鎖緊),以磨削側平面為主,調整角度,亦可磨削任何角度的∨形軌及燕尾槽等斜面。

4、龍門式框架,由雙立柱、橫梁及床身組成封閉式剛性結構。

5、橫梁為矩形階梯式導軌,力學性能好,剛性強

6、臥式磨頭采用獲得國家的動靜壓主軸,立式磨頭采用滾動軸承

7、工作臺移動無級調速,運動平穩,噪音小,獨立液壓站裝有油溫風冷裝置。工作臺移動速度及定距,可遠程控制,無級調速,并有點動和自動功能。

8、由自動潤滑裝置進行潤滑。若缺油可自動停機并報警。
