P-2A型金相試樣拋光機(jī)（以下簡稱拋光機(jī)）適用于對經(jīng)磨光后的金屬材料進(jìn)行拋光，可獲得光亮如鏡的金屬表面，供在顯微鏡下觀察與測定金相組織。

  結(jié)構(gòu)牲概述

拋光機(jī)由焊接工作臺，工作臺面，拋光盤，拋光織物，拋光罩及蓋和開關(guān)等基本部件組成。工作臺面上安裝有兩個拋光盤子，可供兩人同時操作，使用十分方便。
兩臺電動機(jī)都置于工作臺面下部，通過固定片與臺面連接。固定拋光盤用的錐套通過螺釘與電動機(jī)軸相連。拋光織物通過套圈緊固在拋光盤上。電動機(jī)的起停可分別由安裝在面板上的開關(guān)進(jìn)行控制，電機(jī)起動后，便可用手對試樣施加壓力在轉(zhuǎn)動的拋光盤上進(jìn)行拋光。拋光過程中加入的拋光液可通過固定在臺面上塑料盤中的排水管排出。拋光罩及蓋可防止灰塵及其它雜物在機(jī)器不使用時落在拋光織物上而影響使用效果。
Tth polisher is composed of welded support worktable polishing disks.polishing cloths polishing covers and lids switch box and other basic components on the worktable are mounted two polishing disks whish are quite convenient for two persons to operate simultaneously.
Two motors are placed under the worktable and they are attached to the table by means of retaining pfates.The taper sleeve for fixing the polishing disks are joined to the motor shaft with screws and the polishing cloths are tightly wrapped on the disks by ferrules The start or stop of the motors can be controled by switches installed on the switch box .After a motor is started polishing can be done by using the hand to press the specimen against the revolving disk The polishing liquid added during polishing can be discharged through the drain pipe fit in the plastic tray on the table .When the machine is not in use. The polishing cover and lid can prevent the dust and other impurities from falling on the polishing cloth to impair the operation effect.
