TL型鋼制拖鏈的主體是由鏈板（優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板鍍鋅）支撐板（擠拉鋁合金）軸銷（合金鋼）等部件組成，使電纜或橡膠管與拖鏈之間不產(chǎn)生相對運(yùn)動(dòng)，不產(chǎn)生扭曲變形，鏈板經(jīng)鍍鋅處理外形效果新穎，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，靈巧強(qiáng)度高，剛性好不變形，安裝方便，使用可靠，易拆裝，尤其是本產(chǎn)品采用了高強(qiáng)度耐磨材料，合金鋼為軸銷，提高了產(chǎn)品的耐磨強(qiáng)度，彎曲更靈活，阻力更小，降低了噪音，從而可保證長時(shí)間使用不變形，不下垂。

1.拖鏈可適應(yīng)zui大移動(dòng)速度40米/分。

2.拖鏈在zui大移動(dòng)速度時(shí)，噪聲聲壓級不大于68分貝。

3.拖鏈安全使用壽命不小于100萬次（往復(fù)）。

TL series drag chains are mainly consisting of chain plate (top quality stainless steel with chromium plated),supporting board (extruded aluminium alloy) and pinshaft (alloy), etc. There is no relative motions between the cables/rubber hoses and the drag chains, giving no deforming or twists. The chromium plated chain board has very nice-looking appearance and has very rational construction and flexible and high strength. It is reliable and easy to operate, install, dismantal or assemble. It is worthwhile mentioning that the anti-wearing performance has been improved greatly due to wear resistant material and alloy pinshaft are used. The product is flexible to bending and has low resistance, giving low noises. It can be used for a very long period of time without any deformation or hanging down.

1. The drag chain can adapt to max. moving speed of 40m/sec.

2. When at the max moving speed, the sound pressure of noises shall not be greater than 68 db.

3. The service life of the drag chain shall not be less than 1 million times(reciprocating).
