ZEUS KNURLING WHEELS FOR CUT KNURLING - SWARF REMOVALKnurling wheels for cut knurling are sharp-edged, so that the material will be properly chipped. Depending on the application knurling wheels made of HSS, powder metal or carbide can be used. Knurling wheels for cut knurling are applied on zeus cut knurling tools of the RF1, RF2 and RF3 series.

Further to the standard version made of powder metal all mentioned products are also available in HSS and carbide on request. Any pitches, even special ones which are not listed in our standard portfolio, are manufactured on request according to our customers specifications.
